K.Flay And Pierce The Veil’s Vic Fuentes Release Collaboration Single ‘Irish Goodbye’

In a stunning fusion of musical talents, K.Flay and Vic Fuentes have unleashed their electrifying collaboration in the form of the exhilarating single, Irish Goodbye. The track is the latest preview from K.Flay‘s highly anticipated upcoming album, MONO, and promises an explosive auditory journey for fans.

Known to be one of the heaviest tracks on the forthcoming album, Irish Goodbye follows in the wake of K.Flay‘s previously released singles, Raw Raw and Shy. But what makes this collaboration truly exceptional is the dynamic energy brought forth by Vic Fuentes, the lead vocalist of Pierce The Veil.

K.Flay, reflecting on the creative process that birthed the intensity of the song, shares, “I was screaming in the demo to that song and eventually I realized, ‘I have a friend who screams professionally, so maybe I should get him on this.’” The result of this artistic synergy is a track that pulsates with raw emotion and a sonic force that is impossible to ignore.

The much-anticipated album, MONO, is slated for release on September 15th via Giant Music. Comprising 14 tracks, this project bears a poignant significance, as it emerged from a challenging period in K.Flay’s life. Last year, the Los Angeles-based artist lost her hearing in her right ear overnight, leaving her questioning whether she’d ever be able to create music again.

However, K.Flay‘s resilience and determination prevailed. The two-time Grammy nominee found a renewed sense of purpose within the confines of the studio. Reflecting on this transformative experience, she shares, “I felt an urgency I hadn’t experienced in quite some time. It was like this massive sensory change had put me back into a beginner’s mind, where I felt so free but also compelled to put everything I had into making the record great.”
