The answer is: You’re probably right
BUT!
With the recent change.org petition asking Atlantic Records and Fueled By Ramen and Twenty One Pilots to sell ‘Regional At Best’ again, this is highly relevant.
​The album isn’t considered to be an album.
Josh Dun and Tyler Joseph say they have two albums and that’ll be ‘Vessel’ and ‘Blurryface’.
However, due to the chat drummer Josh Dun had with fans, which was recorded by another fan, it has become known that he would like to see the ‘album’ back on business.
