The Amity Affliction Announce New Album “House Of Cards”, Release Title Track

The Amity Affliction have announced the release and details of their upcoming ninth studio album, House Of Cards.

The announcement came with the release of the title track, accompanied by its official music video. The video for the title track can be checked out at the bottom of this page.

Regarding the lyrical content of the title track, as well as the album, vocalist Joel Birch shared the following:

“Our mother died in 2024 and none of us had a healthy relationship with her. She was very self-involved, aggressive, abusive in our early years and in her later years, spent a good amount of time trying to put a wedge between the three of us. Thankfully once she passed, the three of us actually became closer as we realised we had individual, but shared trauma related to her.”.

The Amity Affliction will release the upcoming album via Pure Noise Records on 24th of April 2026.
