Pop-punk legends Blink-182 have unveiled plans for a highly anticipated U.S. tour dubbed the “Missionary Impossible Tour,” set to kick off this summer with special guests Alkaline Trio. The announcement, made earlier today, marks another chapter in the enduring saga of the San Diego trio—Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker—as they continue to captivate fans with their signature blend of infectious melodies and irreverent humor.

The tour will commence on August 28 at the Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Florida, and weave through major cities across the United States before concluding on October 4 at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California. Along the way, Blink-182 will headline notable festivals, including Sea.Hear.Now in Asbury Park, New Jersey, on September 14, and Shaky Knees Festival in Atlanta on October 3. The full itinerary promises a mix of amphitheater shows and festival appearances, ensuring fans nationwide have a chance to catch the band live.

Adding to the excitement, Alkaline Trio—featuring Matt Skiba, who famously stepped in for Tom DeLonge during his absence from Blink-182 between 2015 and 2022—will join as special guests for the entire run. This pairing is a nod to the bands’ intertwined histories, with Skiba having contributed to Blink-182’s albums California (2016) and Nine (2019) during his tenure.

Tickets for the “Missionary Impossible Tour” go on sale to the general public this Friday, April 11, at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster, with a Live Nation pre-sale beginning Thursday, April 10, at 10:00 a.m. local time (using the code DANCE).

The announcement coincides with the release of Mark Hoppus’ memoir, Fahrenheit-182, out today, which chronicles his journey with the band and his battle with cancer. While no new Blink-182 music has been teased alongside this tour, the band’s recent output, including their 2023 album One More Time…, suggests they’re in top form, blending nostalgia with fresh energy.

Check out the show dates on the poster below and let us know if you are eager to attend any of the shows!
