Metallica Share Rehearsal Footage Grammy Awards, Announce Special Vinyl Release

Metallica have shared footage of their rehearsal with Lady Gaga prior to their joint performance at the 59th annual Grammy Awards!

The band’s performance was a bitter one looking back, as frontman James Hetfield’s microphone didn’t work, making the performance a tad more difficult. Hetfield however did solve the problem by sharing a mic with Lady Gaga and the performance was a memorable one to say the least. 

At the rehearsal space before the performance took place, all the mics were working and you can check out Metallica’s footage below!

In addition, Metallica are also helping good cause Gilda’s Club, a cause who provides free cancer support to those in need. Metallica and 9 other bands are releasing pink vinyls from which the proceedings go towards this cause. Metallica’s pink vinyl in question is “Hardwired… To Self-Destruct”.
