Taissa Farmiga Officially Announced For ‘The Nun 2’

Two weeks ago, it was announced that Storm Reid (Euphoria), will be taking the lead in the sequel to The Nun and speculations were made that Taissa Farmiga would reprise her role as sister Irene, since the official plot synopsis says that “the sequel to the worldwide smash hit THE NUN follows SISTER IRENE as she once again comes face to face with the demonic force VALAK – THE DEMON NUN”.

Finally, it has been made official that she will be returning!

Bonnie Aarons will also be back to reprise her role as the demon nun Valak.

The sequel is releasing on the 8th of September, next year.
