My Chemical Romance & The Warning Join New Disney Rollercoaster Soundtrack
Disney has shared new details about the upcoming update to a popular theme park ride. The Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is getting a new theme featuring The Muppets.
Along with the new look, the ride will feature a brand-new soundtrack. Several famous rock acts have been confirmed for the attraction, including My Chemical Romance and The Warning. This is a big change for the ride, which previously featured music by Aerosmith.
According to the announcement, the coaster will play well-known hits from these artists as guests travel through the dark. My Chemical Romance will contribute their famous song Welcome To The Black Parade, taken from the hit album The Black Parade. The Warning will also be featured with their energetic track SICK from the album Keep Me Fed.
Other artists set to appear on the soundtrack include Imagine Dragons and Lofree. The story of the ride will follow The Muppets as they try to get to a big concert on time, with characters like Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy appearing throughout the experience.
Fans of both The Muppets and modern rock music are excited to see how these songs fit the fast-paced ride. Disney has not given an exact opening date yet, but the project is expected to be finished soon.
