Congratulations are in order for My Chemical Romance as their track Teenagers has just reached a new milestone.
The song, taken from the band’s 2006 album The Black Parade is now certified 2x Platinum in the UK according to BPI, which is the equivalent of 1.2 million sales.
The Black Parade itself is certified 3x Platinum, meaning the equivalent of 900,000 sales for albums.
This is now the second multi-platinum track in the UK, together with Welcome To The Black Parade, taken from the same album.
