Within Temptation Performs ‘Paradise’ With Tarja
Tarja has joined Within Temptation´s frontwoman Sharon den Adel to sing ‘Paradise (What About Us)’ on stage again. The song was released on Within Temptation´s album ‘Hydra’ (2014) and has been performed live with Tarja only twice since its release as a single in September 2013. The live premiere took place at Hellfest Open Air in Clisson, France in June. The second time happened at M´era Luna in Hildesheim, Germany on August 14th.
The band´s show was streamed live that night and some special songs were played. In addition to ‘Paradise’, the set list included a cover of Black Sabbaths´ ‘Black Sabbath’ and ‘Candles’ from the band´s first studio album ‘Enter’ released in 1997 with growls by Robert Westerholt. The six members of Within Temptation were accompanied by cello, violin and additional percussion.
