Linkin Park Take Over Billboard “Hot Rock Songs” Chart

It’s normal that a band’s music races back to the top of the charts after one of the members passes away, but Linkin Park are taking this to a whole new level.

The band has a staggering 23 tracks in Billboard’s “Hot Rock Songs” chart this week. The top ten of the chart alone has seven Linkin Park tracks (with “Numb” taking up the top spot). On top of that, the rock album top three consists of only Linkin Park: first place is for the new record “One More Light”, second and third place go to break-through album “Hybrid Theory” and its successor, “Meteora”.

If anything, this goes to show just how much the band and the singer were loved by fans everywhere. In this case, it was clearly enough to break records.
