Green Day’s side project, The Coverups, have announced an intimate performance at London’s O2 Academy Islington on January 15th, 2025.

Formed in 2018, The Coverups feature Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt, along with touring guitarist Jason White, audio engineer Chris Dugan, and tour manager Bill Schneider.

Earlier this year, The Coverups performed two sold-out shows in London, including a surprise appearance by Courtney Love.

Tickets for the upcoming January show are expected to sell out quickly, given the band’s history of high-demand performances. Fans are advised to secure their tickets promptly to experience this unique opportunity to see members of Green Day in an intimate setting.

In addition to The Coverups’ activities, Green Day are set to headline Download Festival for the first time next summer.
