According to, Bloody Disgusting NBA superstar LeBron James and his production company Springhill Entertainment are in talks to produce a reboot of the “Friday The 13th” franchise.

LeBron James is a big horror fan himself and even dropped Friday The 13th-inspired shoes.

If it’s even going to happen, it is going to take a while since the movie has been in an ongoing legal battle for copyright ownership for a while now and it might even go on for a while.

Original screenplay writer Victor Miller has won the copyrights, but original director Sean Cunningham has until October 31st to file an appeal against that ruling and then the battle would continue.

Stay tuned for more information!
