Frank Iero has unveiled his latest endeavour—a Reverb store offering a remarkable collection of guitars, amps, and memorabilia from various stages of his illustrious career. This unique opportunity allows fans to own cherished instruments that have played a part in shaping the sound of My Chemical Romance and Iero‘s subsequent musical projects.

One of the most prized items available in the store is the 2000s Fender Telecaster 72 Deluxe Reissue, famously played by Frank Iero during My Chemical Romance‘s acclaimed album, The Black Parade. Iero, with a touch of sentimentality, expressed his desire to pass it on to another deserving player, stating, “I loved using this guitar on MCR’s The Black Parade touring cycle…[it] even appeared on [MCR’s] performance of ‘Famous Last Words’ when we played The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

The Reverb store boasts an impressive array of instruments and items, each with its own unique history and significance. Among the notable offerings is an Ampeg 8×10 Bass Cabinet, which holds the distinction of being originally owned by Mikey Way, bassist for My Chemical Romance. Later gifted to Iero, this road-worn cabinet has witnessed countless performances, including appearances with Leathermouth, Reggie and the Full Effect, and The Love Cats before being adorned in striking pink and black for Iero‘s solo projects.

Another standout item is the Nash T-72 DLX guitar, previously belonging to James Bowman, guitarist of the renowned band Against Me! This instrument made its mark on the Revolution Radio Tour with Green Day before finding its way into Iero‘s hands. It was used to record The Unfortunate on Barriers, an album Iero created with the Future Violents and recorded at Steve Albini’s Electrical Audio in Chicago.

The Reverb store also features an Epiphone Black Les Paul, which holds special significance as Iero’s first-ever Les Paul. This instrument’s journey took a tumultuous turn when it was famously smashed during a Pencey Prep show, becoming a part of Iero’s rock-and-roll lore.

Additionally, fans will have the opportunity to acquire the Orange 4×12 Guitar Cabinet, a stage-used prop during My Chemical Romance‘s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys era. After its run with MCR, the cabinet was repainted black and pink and served as a fixture in all three of Iero‘s solo incarnations.

The store also offers Iero‘s first bass guitar, a Series 10 four-string bass that made a memorable appearance repainted white in the “Joyriding” music video. Lastly, MCR enthusiasts can even consider adding the 1970’s Ludwig Blue Vistalite Drum Set to their collection, which was used during the writing process of the band’s celebrated album, Danger Days.

The Frank Iero Reverb store will officially open for purchases on Wednesday, June 28th at 10 am Central Time and can be found here.

For die-hard fans and collectors alike, this Reverb store provides an extraordinary opportunity to own a piece of music history, as Frank Iero shares these cherished instruments and memorabilia from his storied career. Don’t miss your chance to acquire a tangible connection to the captivating melodies and raw energy that have resonated with countless fans worldwide.
