“The Walking Dead” Spin-Off Announced, Surrounding Younger Generation

“The Walking Dead” network AMC has announced that it will be creating another spin-off to The Walking Dead, making it the third scripted show in the universe.

According to AMC, the show will be about “two young female protagonists and focus on the generation to come-of-age in the apocalypse as we know it. Some will become heroes. Some will become villains. In the end, all of them will be changed forever. Grown-up and cemented in their identities, both good and bad.”

​The production will start this summer and the show will have 10 episodes to be premiered in 2020.
