Good news and bad news for Die Antwoord fans.
The excentric duo will release a new album on September 16th and released a brand new track today.
However, it’s also become known that the duo will call it a day in 2017.

In a recent interview with Exclaim Ninja confirmed once again that they will break up when the fifth album releases.
They’ve said this from the start, and eventhough their huge success, they’re going to go through with it.
“Die Antwoord dies on that day. It’s all over. I feel beautiful about it. I’m not scared of the end, I’m a Ninja. I’m not scared of death.” Were Ninja’s exact words.

On a brighter note, they’re working on a huge art project in Cape Town and will release a movie on which they’ve been working on for a decade now, so there’s still plenty exciting things to come.

In addition, they also released a new track today, which will be featured on the upcoming record ‘Mount Ninji and Da Nice Time Kid’

The new track is called ‘Fat Faded Fuck Face’ and can be streamed below.
