A New “Clancy” Letter Has Been Posted Online

Twenty One Pilots released their music video for “Chlorine” yesterday and prior to that, a new Clancy letter got posted online.

The picture is filed under “019 01MOON 22.” and when you save it from this link, ​it downloads as “17-35.4527.jpg, which is a scientific code for Chlorine.

Some of the letters in it are stained and when you put them together, they spell “SODEEPNEDBAYOU”, which sounds like the distorted 8-second music clip, which we got in 2018 and later on discovered that it was from “Nico And The Niners”. 

We know now that they sing “We are banditos” backwards, but it could also be this new thing.

With the release of the music video we found out that “Ned” is the creature we meet in the video.
