Yungblud Announces Own Festival ‘Bludfest’ Announces First Names

Yungblud has taken yet another extraordinary step in his music career with the creation of his very own festival BLUDFEST.

This summer, the first edition of Bludfest will take place on the 11th of August at the Milton Keynes Bowl. The festival will be headlined by Yungblud himself. The line-up features the likes of Lil Yachty, Nessa Barrett, Soft Play, The Damned & more. There are also still names to be revealed for the line-up.

Regarding the creation of the festival, Yungblud shared the following statement on social media alongside the festival announcement:

5 years ago we imagined a world of our own. In @blud_fest we are physically going to build one. This will be a physical safe space where people can come and celebrate the ideologies of this community – where unity, individuality and love is the main focus and we bring the world of Yungblud to fucking life right before your eyes. I wanted to build an experience where anyone can be completely themselves, with their friends, their family or completely on their own. I want to create an experience that blurs the lines of genre, destroys the limitation of imagination, cuts the corporate bullshit and is all about people coming together.

Tickets will go on pre-sale this Thursday at 10AM local time, with the general sale kicking off a day later. Check the post below for more information and get ready for Yungblud’s BLUDFEST!

YUNGBLUD & Lil Yachty Join Forces On New Song, ‘When We Die (Can We Still Get High?)’

YUNGBLUD, fresh off the NX_GN tour, drops his first 2024 single, “When We Die (Can We Still Get High?)” featuring Lil Yachty. Born out of YUNGBLUD’s New Orleans creative stint, the track symbolizes a fusion of alternative and hip-hop.

YUNGBLUD expressed his excitement about teaming up with Lil Yachty, emphasizing the shared rebellious spirit that has fueled their creative connection since 2019.

“Me and Yachty have been talking since 2019, and I’ve always thought we were on the same trip – fuck the rules, push things forward.

So, when I wrote the song, I knew he’d add something amazing. I wanted this moment to be a collision of each other’s imagination and sound. I’m really excited about it and for what it could potentially inspire between the future of alternative and hip-hop. Press play.”
