Weezer Announce New Self-Titled Album
Weezer just shared some big news. They are going to release a brand new album very soon. This will be the 20th album of their long music career.
The new record is self-titled Weezer, but people are also calling it the Gold Album. It is scheduled to come out on August 21 through Reprise and Warner Records. This new collection of music comes after their project called SZNZ which came out back in 2022.
Two producers named Klas Ahlund and Kenneth Blume (also known as Kenny Beats) worked with the band to create this music. The album has 10 tracks in total. You can see the full list of songs below:

Along with the big announcement, the group released a brand new song today. The track is called We Might As Well Be Strangers and features Wednesday.
The band is also going to go on a big concert tour this fall. They are calling this tour The Gathering. They will travel to many cities across North America to play their music live. The Shins and Silversun Pickups will support them on the tour.
