Stand Atlantic have released a reflective new single, EDGE OF VEGAS!
The single acts as the third preview, following LUCID and Velcro, taken from the band’s highly anticipated fifth studio album, GODBREATH, arriving October 23 via Virgin Music Group. Slowing things down relative to the record’s prior teases, EDGE OF VEGAS captures the band leaning into open vulnerability, trading chaos for quiet introspection.
Reflecting on the track and the genuine mindset behind the new record, vocalist Bonnie Fraser shared:
“I went into this album knowing that I was happy and having a great time, so I was just going to lean into that instead of trying to manufacture some wounded feeling. At the same time ‘Edge of Vegas’ is totally unfiltered. It’s as honest as we can be. As soon as we’re genuine in what we’re doing, we don’t have to try too hard to do anything. It is always the best outcome every time.”
