Last year, horror movie fans got the best news ever.

The original "Halloween" movie from 1978 was getting a sequel with the original Michael Myers (Nick Castle) and original Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), exactly 40 years later.

Now, according to Collider, the movie is getting yet another sequel.

It will reportedly start filming after Labor Day.
Right now, Universal Pictures is aiming for a release on the 16th of October, 2020.

At the beginning of June, Jason Blum posted a photo of him with Jamie Lee Curtis while she was holding an action figure of her character from the original series.

The caption said "We’re discussing stuff.", so all the signs are definitely pointing in the right direction.
