PHOTO REVIEW: SIAMÉS Bring ‘The Wolf’ Energy To Amsterdam
This past Thursday Argentinian band Siamés kicked off their European tour at Amsterdam’s Toekomstmuziek. The tour celebrates the 10th year anniversary of their debut album, Bounce into the Music, so of course they opened the evening by performing the iconic album in its entirety. The crowd went wild from the start as the first notes of the band’s most famous song, The Wolf, played. There were very few moments that evening when nobody was dancing, jumping, or singing along.
After the first part of the set, the band moved on to songs from their other records, as well as playing some yet-to-be-released tracks. Not only that, but they also announced a new album and their return to Europe next year. The evening was a lovely showcase of what makes Siamés and their fanbase so special. From their humble beginnings to future plans, it’s all about sharing emotional journeys through art and music.
