Twenty One Pilots & Panic! At The Disco Are Still Crushing Multiple Charts In 2017

The 2017 mid-year charts from Nielsen Music are in and it turns out that Twenty One Pilots are still crushing many of those charts, eventhough ‘Blurryface’ was released over two years ago. Besides Twenty One Pilots, Metallica, Panic! At The Disco and Linkin Park are also highly present in these charts.

The top selling Rock album, based on overall equivalent album units, is Metallica’s latest album ‘Hardwired…. To Self-Destruct’, which has sold over 500.000 copies. In this same chart, Twenty One Pilots is second with 451.000 copies sold and Panic! At The Disco is on the 6th place with 281.000 sales. Gorillaz have conquered the 7th place with their latest album ‘Humanz’, with a total of 274.000 sales. Remarkable is that Twenty One Pilots are on number 10 again with their previous album ‘Vessel’, which has 216.000 sales in 2017 alone, eventhough it’s a rather old record.

Twenty One Pilots are on this list twice, with ‘Heathens’ on 4 with 329.000 sales, and again on 10 with ‘Stressed Out’ on 142.000 sales.
