In a recent update from Bring Me The Horizon, fans eagerly anticipating the release of the band’s delayed album, POST HUMAN: NeX Gen, have reason to get excited. Frontman Oliver Sykes took to Instagram stories to offer a glimpse into the band’s ongoing efforts, sharing details on three upcoming tracks.

The second track, titled Kool Aid, has been declared complete by Sykes. He also provided a small snippet of the track of him screaming the lyrics, “Such a sucker for an execution…”.

Additionally, he unveiled that the album’s opening track currently carries the working title ScREam. However, some finishing touches remain, including new verse and chorus melodies. The third track, tentatively named toP 10 STatUes THAT CRiED BLood, adds an air of mystery to the album’s tracklist.

The delay of POST HUMAN: NeX Gen was first communicated by Oliver Sykes in August, citing unforeseen circumstances that hindered the band’s ability to complete the record to their satisfaction. “There’s still so many little details I want to be perfect, and until it’s nailed, I’m just not willing to give it to you guys.” While a new release date is yet to be announced, Sykes assured fans that the album is “close.”
