Volbeat returned to The Netherlands for a massive show in Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome to celebrate and promote the release of their new album ‘Rewind, Replay, Rebound’. The band have taken on a lot of the Dutch venues throughout the last few years, with a very ‘intimate’ show in Utrecht taking place not even two years ago.

This time around, the band played the massive Ziggo Dome, filled with 17.00 ecstatic fans for the return of the Danish rockers.

The band’s performance also qualified as a massive sing-along, as the crowd, both seated on the rings as well as down in the pit sang along loudly throughout the evening. Not to mention that the seats were not being used on the first ring and the majority of the second.

The tour revolved around the new album from the band titled ‘Rewind, Replay, Rebound’, but of course with a setlist of 22 songs, there was plenty of the time for the fan favourites throughout the years, including hits that received commercial success ‘Still Counting’ and ‘Lola Montez’.

For their current tour, Volbeat are joined by Baroness and Danko Jones. The latter was even invited on stage to perform the track ‘Black Rose’ alongside the Danish musicians.

Eva van Kuik was present this fine evening and photographed both Volbeat and Danko Jones.

Check out her photos in the respective galleries below and let us know if you are planning on seeing Volbeat anywhere live in the coming year.
