Linkin Park have gone through a long career and have made quite the evolution in their sound, reinventing themselves album after album. They are keeping this up with their newest releases, like singles “Heavy” and “Good Goodbye” from their upcoming record “One More Light”.

And yet there are people that don’t want to see this evolution as a good thing, as a growing up of the band and finding a new place in music where they are at home. It’s for these people that Chester Bennington now has a message: “move the fuck on”.

He goes on to say that the band still stands behind “Hybrid Theory”, it’s still a wonderful album, but they’ve moved past it and it’s time other people do the same. If fans think that the band have sold out, that’s not the band’s problem, because they’re still doing their thing and having an amazing time of it. People have a right to their own opinions on which album is better, but if they’re going to insult the band in the process, Bennington claims, they can “stab themselves in the face!”
