Kylie and Kendall Jenner released a big line of t-shirts not too long ago which has received quite a lot of backlash. The t-shirts the sisters were selling were iconic shirts from big musicians, such as Metallica, Nirvana and more, but with their brand and faces plastered over the original design.

Needless to say the musicians aswell as the fans were not pleased with these designs and they were taken down with a public apology from the Jenner’s.

Metallica’s James Hetfield has also responded to these t-shirt designs in a recent interview with ET Canada, in which he says that the t-shirt designs were very disrespectful.

“I guess what they were thinking is, ‘We can do whatever we want,'” Hetfield shares “To me, it’s disrespectful. We’ve spent 36 years working hard, doing our best to keep a really close connection with people, [to] make every note count. And someone just throws something up over something that we feel—not that it’s sacred or anything, but show some respect.”
