It appears that the Westboro Baptist Church will make an appearance once again at Vans Warped Tour this year and their appearance will happen later today (July 27th). The Wesboro Baptist Church community will be preaching at the Providence Medical Center Ampitheater in Bonner Springs, KS in “religious protest and warning”.
