Billie Joe Armstrong Is Hosting A Green Day Gear Garage Sale
Billie Joe Armstrong is selling a ton of his gear due to the fact he currently has way too much of it. The Green Day frontman is selling some iconic items that have been used for Green Day music in the past.
He’s selling a bunch of amps which have been used for the recording of “American Idiot”, beside that, he’s also selling:
- More than 20 pieces of new and vintage pro audio gear from JingleTown Recording (formerly 880 Studios) which were used to record the band’s latest record
– Two Silvertone amps used on Uno… Dos… Tré!
– A Burns Brian May guitar that the band picked up during the American Idiot tour to play on its “We Are the Champions” encore.
– Several Gretsch guitars, including a black Brian Setzer Hot Rod model used on the American Idiot tour and a red Anniversary model used on Foxboro Hot Tubs recordings.
– A Trident Console used on Uno… Dos… Tré! and Revolution Radio.
