A Crossover Between Supernatural And Scooby-Doo Is Happening

This probably won’t come as a surprise to anyone who’s familiar with the show, but over the past 12 seasons, the writers of Supernatural, the CW show about the two brothers Dean and Sam Winchester hunting ghosts, demons, witches, shapeshifters and more, have gotten quite creative.

Therefore the over 200 episodes do not only contain horror, drama and mystery elements but also a lot of comedic moments, weird references or crossovers. Like for example an upcoming episode of season 13, which will be a crossover of Supernatural and Scooby-Doo!

Under the fitting name “ScoobyNatural”, the episode will revolve around the brothers being gifted a TV by a pawnshop owner, but there’s a catch: Once in use, the TV sucks the brothers into an episode of Dean’s favorite cartoon: Scooby-Do, thus the episode will be partly live action and partly animated.

While the events will be loosely based around the 1970 Scooby-Doo episode “A Night Of Fright Is No Delight”, there will also be some typical Supernatural events and figures playing into it.

The special “ScoobyNatural” episode will first be airing on Thursday, March 29 at 8pm on the CW. You can check out the promo video for it below!
