Bury Tomorrow Launch Independent Era With New Single ‘Sx’
Bury Tomorrow have officially gone independent. To kick off this massive new chapter in their career, the band has released a new single titled Sx (short for “Symptom”) alongside the launch of their very own record label, Dea†h Records.
Leaving their long-term home at Music For Nations, the band is taking complete creative control of their future. Producer Carl Bown (known for his work with Sleep Token and Bullet For My Valentine) returned to help shape the track. The result is one of the band’s most unrelenting releases yet, incorporating dark industrial, darkwave, and electronic elements into their signature heavy sound.
Frontman Dani Winter-Bates shared what the song and their new independent era mean to the band:
“‘Sx’ is the perfect way to introduce this new chapter. It’s about grappling with the good and the bad every day, realising that none of us are entirely one thing or another. Life exists in shades, not absolutes, and we all carry bones we bury deep.”
The release of the new single coincides with the announcement of Bury Tomorrow’s biggest European and UK headline tour to date.
Scheduled to kick off in February 2027, the massive tour will see the band play to over 30,000 fans across the continent, including a monumental performance at London’s iconic Brixton Academy.
The band will be bringing an incredible lineup along with them for the ride, featuring special guests: Stick To Your Guns, Windwaker and Elwood Stray.
