Beartooth have officially announced that their brand-new single, ‘Free’, will be released this Friday, February 27th.
The announcement follows a surprise for fans in attendance at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, last night (February 22nd), where the band gave the track its live debut. The performance took place during the opening night of their massive North American arena tour supporting Bad Omens.
‘Free’ marks the beginning of a new chapter for the Caleb Shomo-fronted outfit. It follows the massive commercial success of their 2023 album The Surface (which received a Deluxe Edition release in 2024) and their recent crossover collaboration with Tom Morello on the track ‘Everything Burns’.
Fan-filmed footage of the live debut has already been circulating online, giving listeners a taste of the heavy new material ahead of the official studio drop. You can pre-save the track now on all major streaming platforms.
