Second “Stranger Things” Prequel Novel To Be About Chief Hopper As An NYPD Detective

The first official Stranger Things novel, “Stranger Things: Suspicious Minds” was released earlier this month and the second novel has already been announced.

The first novel was about the backstory of Eleven and her mother and the second book will be a prequel, digging into Chief Jim Hopper’s past as an NYPD detective.

The novel will have two parts, the 1984 part in Hawkins and the New York part in 1977.

It will be about the incident in New York, Hopper’s last case before everything changed, after Eleven finds a box marked “New York” in the basement and starts to ask questions.

The novel is written by Adam Christopher and will be released on June 4th.
