‘The Vampire Diaries’ & ‘The Originals’ Spin-Off Officially Announced By The CW

The CW network has officially announced the spin-off of The Originals, which is yet antoher spin-off of The Vampire Diaries.

The spin-off will be called “Legacies” and will center around the character Hope Mikaelson, the tribrid daughter of Niklaus Mikaelson and Hayley Marshall-Kenner and Alaric Saltzman’s twins Lizzie and Josie from The Vampire Diaries.

Hope’s powers are not yet known, but tribrids have the genes of a witch, werewolf and vampire.
Her name was given to her by Niklaus, her father, after her uncle Elijah said she was their family’s hope.

They will attend The Salvatore School For The Young And Gifted (yes, like Damon and Stefan Salvatore) alongside other witches, werewolves, and vampires.
