Less than one tour cycle away from entering what frontman Greg Puciato is dubbing an ‘extended hiatus’, New Jersey rock heavyweights The Dillinger Escape Plan almost had the end of their story decided for them after being involved in a horrific collision en-route to their show tonight in Kracow, Poland. The band’s bus was hit in a head on collision by a lorry, resulting in several air ambulances being deployed to the scene and 13 people being taken to hospital with varying degrees of injuries. The driver of the lorry, who as yet goes unnamed, was the most seriously injured, and while there has been few reports as of yet of the condition of the band, there have been no reports of any deaths.

We will try to keep you up to date with this situation as it unfolds, and all our thoughts are with the band, their crew and those injured.
