Team Behind “The Quiet Place” Will Be Turning A Stephen King Short Story Into A Movie

A Quiet Place, the horror movie that released earlier this year got positive reviews all around, and is being called one of the best horror movies in years by numerous critics.

The writing team behind the movie, Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, have been pitched to adapt a short story from Stephen King to a movie.

Stephen King has also seen A Quiet Place just like the rest of us, and called it an “extraordinary piece of work”.

The writing team will take on Stephen King’s short story “The Boogeyman”. The story was originally published by Stephen King back in 1978. This will the first time that this particular story will be turned into a full-length movie!
