UPDATE: Taylor Swift’s old record label ‘Big Machine Label Group’ has responded to her statement and reveal they are "shocked to see het statements based on false information".

They say they "have continued to honor all of her requests to license her catalog to third parties as she promotes her current record".

You can read their statement here.

Taylor Swift has reached out to her fans and other artists on social media as she claims that her previous managers are blocking her upcoming televized performance at the American Music Awards where she will be getting the Artist of the Decade Award.

She wanted to perform a medley of her hits throughout the decade and therefore some older songs as well.

However, she claims that her previous managers, Scott Borchetta and Scooter Braun, won’t allow it because that would be re-recording the music and she is not allowed to do that yet.

You can read her statement below and stay tuned for more information
