Suicide Silence Guitarist Takes Temporary Leave From Band
Suicide Silence are currently playing the Rage Fest Tour, but where is Mark Heylmun? Turns out, he’s taking a personal leave to focus on his own well-being.
In a statement posted on Instagram, Mark explained that he had been unable to give the band the attention it deserved and needs to take time for himself. He clarified that this is not due to mental health issues, but rather to give his ‘abused’ body and mind ‘the attention it deserves’ and to spend time with family.
Heylmun has said he will still be working on music and will return to Suicide Silence ‘when the time is right’.
