According to TMZ, Isaiah Silva, Frances Bean Cobain’s ex-husband, is suing Courtney Love, claiming she conspired with several other people to break into his home and murder him.

The other people named in the lawsuit alongside Courtney Love are Ross Butler, Love’s manager Sam Lufti, private investigator John Nazarian and musician Michael Schenk.

Isaiah Silva claims that Sam Lutfi and two other men robbed, assaulted, kidnapped and attempted to murder him at his West Hollywood Home with the intent of stealing one of the former Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain’s iconic guitars.

According to Silva, Courtney’s manager was providing her and Frances with illegal drugs and Ross Butler acted as a courier for illicit drugs supplied to Courtney Love and her daughter but he couldn’t be questioned by the police because he fled to Canada.

No one has responded to the lawsuit just yet.
