A couple of days ago, the sequel to the popular ‘Happy Death Day’ had its theatrical release, and is getting praised left and right.

The movie can be considered a thriller or a horror, but is also very funny, witty and dark.

(be careful, spoilers ahead).

Paramore’s track “Hard Times” is being used in the movie, and you almost get to hear the entire track.. In the movie, the main character, Tree Gelbman, played by Jessica Rothe has to die over, and over, and over again. The montage is a rather comedic series of death scenes, which is accompanied by Paramore’s track.

Paramore reacted to their song being used in such an interesting way, and here’s what they shared.

Have you seen Happy Death Day 2U yet? Are you planning on seeing it in the theater? Let us know on social media!

From what we’ve heard, the film sounds like one big visual manifestation of Hayley’s life when Hard Times was conceived… some darkly comedic shit. Can’t wait to see the movie. Congrats! https://t.co/MMFUNAtCOT
