Metallica Re-Releasing “Master Of Puppets” + Auction Off Guitar

Metallica recently re-released “Kill ‘Em All” in a box set, and when asked if “Master of Puppets” would go the same way, drummer Lars Ulrich replied they were already working on it! This is a big project, of course, and would probably be released around the end of the year.

On top of that, the band are also auctioning off two custom guitars, used by Kirk Hammett and James Hetfield when they played the American national anthem on 7th August. The occasion was the San Francisco Giants “Metallica Night” celebration. The baseball team and the band have some other items up for auction as well, check them out here.
