Linkin Park Win At AMAs 2017, Honour Chester Bennington In Moving Speech
Apparently, when the band members came to the venue, there way a mix-up with their credentials, and the musicians were constantly told they might had to leave the venue due to this credential mix-up.
Fast forward into the night, Linkin Park actually won the AMA for Favourite Alternative/Rock artist, which was received by the members of Linkin Park, after which Mike Shinoda gave an emotional speech in honour of Chester Bennington.
After Mike Shinoda gave his speech, Shinoda, Bourdon and Delson were escorted backstage after which they tried to return to their seats in the crowd, however venue security stopped them from doing so. Despite the won award, and Shinoda explaining that to them, the band members were escorted out of the venue.
