Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong Covers Adam Schlesinger’s ‘That Thing You Do!’

Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has launched a series titled ‘No Fun Mondays’, on which he shares various covers.

Last week, Billie Joe Armstrong covered ‘Corpus Christi’ by The Avengers, while this week he pays tribute to Adam Schlesinger who passed away earlier this month.

The song in question is ‘That Thing You Do!’, which appears in the movie with the same title which released back in 1996.
