UPDATE II: My Chemical Romance just placed an update about Frank Iero and the Patience’s accident.
Apparently two bandmembers are undergoing surgery to treat their injuries. Frank Iero is shook up but physically fine.
Check out the Facebook post in which this was reveiled below,
Our thoughts go out to everyone affected.

Frank Iero and the Patience are currently in Australia and were scheduled to play a gig today.
This gig will no longer happen as Frank Iero and his bandmates were involved in a traffic accident.
An ambulance helicopter was summoned to get paramedics to the scene asap.

Several news stations from Australia are contradicting eachother when it comes to the condition from the band members aswell as Frank Iero, therefore we won’t say anything about that until we know for sure what their condition is.

The accident occured in Sydney, where the band was driving in their tour van.
Apparently, a bus hit them from behind resulting into this mess.
As more details become known, we’ll update you asap.
Our thoughts go out to everyone involved

UPDATE: Frank Iero made a statement on his Twitter about the accident. They’re in shock and ‘miraculously alive’. Everyone is in stable condition. Check out his tweet below.
