Dave Grohl Will Substitute For Jimmy Kimmel

For one night this week, Jimmy Kimmel Live will instead be Dave Grohl Live. The talk show host has to leave his post this week so he can support his son, who will be undergoing heart surgery.

Grohl will take over the Halloween episode and will welcome Kristen Bell and Alice Cooper as guests. The latter will also perform during the show.

Since Jimmy Kimmel will be absent all week, some other celebrities also offered to step in. The next episodes this week will be covered by Shaquille O’Neal, Channing Tatum and Jennifer Lawrence.
