It seems to be all go in the Rise Against camp at the moment, with them kicking off their European tour this week and the release of new single Last Man Standing. But today we’re treated to the new EP and another tour announcement!

The EP is a follow up to their last studio album Nowhere Generation, which came out June of last year. On Instagram lead singer Tim McIlrath discusses Nowhere Generation II. It’s made up of 5 tracks that were originally written for the album, but they had been saving them for “a time when the world would start to hum again.”

If you’re not able to catch Rise Against at one of their many festival appearances this summer, there’s good news for UK and some European fans as they’ve announced a handful of shows for November this year.

Not only will they be crossing the pond to see us again but they will be bringing with them The Story So Far! Who recently made their first UK appearance in quite some time at Slam Dunk Festival just last weekend. This tour isn’t one to miss!

Check out Nowhere Generation II below, and let us know what you think!
