My Chemical Romance Reach Big Milestone With ‘Life On The Murder Scene’

Congratulations are in order for My Chemical Romance as their live/compilation album, Life On The Murder Scene, has just been certified Gold in the UK.

The record, which was released in 2006, comes with a live DVD and a documentary and is filled with live version of songs taken fro the band’s two previous albums, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge and I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love.

Next to the live versions, the band also put three previously unreleased songs or versions of songs on the album, the demo version of I Never Told You What I Do for a Living and Bury Me In Black (demo version) and Desert Song.

According to BPI, the album has now been certified Gold, which is the equivalent of 100,000.

Other records of My Chemical Romance that have this certification are their 2002 album I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, 2010 album Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys and 2014 album May Death Never Stop You, filled with the band’s greatest hits.
