Blink-182 Forced To Postpone Start Of European Tour

Blink-182 fans in Europe received disappointing news today as the iconic American rock band announced the postponement of the first few dates of their highly-anticipated European arena tour. The tour was originally set to kick off tonight, on September 1st, 2023, in Glasgow, Scotland.

In a heartfelt statement shared on their official social media channels, Blink-182 revealed that the unexpected and unfortunate reason behind the postponement is a family emergency involving their drummer, Travis Barker. Barker had to urgently return to the United States to attend to the family matter.

Due to an urgent family matter, Travis has had to return home to the States. The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows are being postponed. More information in regards to his return to Europe and rescheduled dates will be provided as soon as available.

The band expressed their deep regret for the inconvenience caused to their fans and assured everyone that they are working diligently to reschedule the affected tour dates. Blink-182’s priority is to ensure that fans get the opportunity to see them live in concert once the situation is resolved.

  • September 01/02 – Glasgow, Ovo Hydro
  • September 04 – Belfast, SSE Arena
  • September 05 – Dublin, 3Arena
