Billie Eilish has officially released her third studio album, titled Hit Me Hard and Soft, today, on May 17th, 2024. This new album, featuring 10 tracks including Skinny, Chihiro, and Blue, was highly anticipated following her previous successful albums When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and Happier Than Ever.

The announcement came after weeks of teasing on social media, including cryptic billboards and Instagram posts. Eilish and her brother Finneas, who has been a long-time collaborator, produced the album together. Notably, Eilish decided not to release any singles ahead of the album drop, preferring fans to experience the album in its entirety.

Hit Me Hard and Soft will also be supported by a world tour starting in September 2024, with listening parties held in both the US and UK to celebrate the release. Fans can look forward to a blend of moody, emotive pop and stellar songwriting, hallmarks of Eilish’s unique style that has earned her multiple Grammys and an Oscar.
